About the event
To support flexible attendance we try to offer video conference attendance for all of our meetings.
In-person attendance is specified above and may be changed/ cancelled throughout the year depending on events or departmental requirements.
Special Meetings {SM) may be held throughout the year between General Meetings {GM) and subcommittee, working group and event meetings will be arranged on a needs basis.
Video Conference - We use Microsoft Teams to add Video Conference to our physical meetings.
Executive Meetings- are held in-person and by invitation only. Sub-Committees, Working Groups and position holders will be invited to join. This is where executive decisions may be made.
