Participating in our P&C gives you the opportunity to share in the decision-making processes and shape the future of our college. Your contribution to the P&C can be as large or small as you can manage, and your ongoing support is invaluable.

Our P&C needs people from all walks of life, with a range of talents, to enable us to continue to work in partnership with the college to improve the opportunities for our children. The more people involved, the more successful our P&C will be. It's the best way to get to know other people in the college community and our events are always lots of fun!

To become a member, you are required to come to a meeting and submit a membership form. Membership forms are available from the college adminstration and are also included on the membership page.

If you are a member of the P&C there is no obligation to do anything or attend meetings. You will receive the meeting agenda and minutes for each meeting, as well as being copied into important P&C emails. It's totally worth it as a way of staying up to date, plus you'll have the capacity to cast a vote if anything comes up that is important to you.

Working Groups
Help out

We always welcome volunteers, whether you can donate a little bit of time or a lot. And it doesn't have to be in school hours: virtual volunteers are welcome as we have lots of small administration jobs that can be done from home. Whether you have specialist skills, or just buckets of experience, we'd love you to be involved.

Every year the P&C raises funds to pay for the school's events like the disco, or infrastructure such as play ground upgrades. School families can donate via direct bank deposit at any time to P&C fundraising projects. You can also email the P&C to find out how to donate to any of our projects.

Join the P&C

Signing up to the P&C gives you voting rights at meetings. Be part of the conversations around what happens at your child's school. If you don't want to come to meetings, but would like to keep in touch with P&C news, why not join our mailing list.
