Hello, wonderful bakers and supporters of our school community,
The P&C team is excited to announce a fun-filled Disco night on the college Junior campus happening on Friday, 9th February. To make this event even sweeter, we are calling on all baking enthusiasts to contribute homemade delights for our Bake Stall, where all profits will go directly towards benefiting our beloved school and, most importantly, our kids!
Why Bother? Your delicious contributions will not only satisfy sweet cravings but also play a significant role in supporting our school initiatives. Your generosity is the secret ingredient that makes our events memorable and successful.
What Are We Looking For? We welcome a variety of scrumptious baked goods, such as individually wrapped slices of bar cake, muffins, meringues, tarts, biscuits, brownies, and slices. Please ensure that the items are shelf-stable, as there will be no refrigeration available. Unfortunately, we cannot accept items requiring refrigeration, such as those containing cream, fresh fruit, or meat.
Packaging Tips: Keep it simple! Use food-safe packaging such as plastic bags or cling wrap. Please pre-label your contributions with a clear indication of the item, potential allergens, and the date of preparation. Keep the label simple with the item name, ingredients, and the baker's name.
Safety First: Adhere to food safety practices by maintaining clean preparation areas, and regularly washing hands and utensils. Your commitment to providing a yummy, safe, and hygienic stall is truly appreciated.
Delivery Details: Bring your goodies to the P&C room adjacent to School Road on the Junior Campus, next to the oval. Donations will be accepted on Friday, 9th February, from 9:00 – 9:30 am and 3:00 – 3:30 pm. If these times don't suit you, please pre-arrange an alternative.
