In order to make the a fun Movie Night worth of a gold star, we need your help!
So if you can spare a few hours, we would love to have you!
No help is too small.
Setup Crew - between 2pm to 5pm
Event Crew - between 5pm to 8:30pm
Clean-Up Crew - between 8:30pm to 9:00pm
Bake Stall Donations - or buddy up with a baker to provide ingredients.
Examples of help needed on the night include:
Setting up tables & chairs, equipment, gazebos, guide ropes
Greeting, ushering, food preparation, order taking food serving, assisting attendees.
The minimum age for cash handling is 16yrs old, and any cooks must be at least 18yrs old. Enclosed shoes must be worn, and long hair tied back when dealing with food.
Cleaning up rubbish, packing down tables & chairs, equipment, gazebos, guide ropes.
And much, much more, all while surrounded by great company, belly laughs and amazing vibes.
