Our annual Mother’s Day Stall is open!

We have continued the tradition started in 2020 and are proud to launch our 2024 Mother’s Day Stall with all online preordering closing Tuesday 7th May at 5pm.

To help our families we have also included a small selection of Dad- and grandparent-themed items.

Who can order?

All College families (senior and junior) are welcome to order, including our College Staff. You may also like to invite family and friends to purchase gifts directly from our site.

How to order?

We encourage all families, where possible, to pre-order from our online stall at https://www.capalabascpandc.com.au/mothers-day.

Some families choose to send their child with cash to spend at the physical stall as well as pre-ordering, but this is completely up to you.

Vouchers are available for purchase at the online stall for students to use during their class visits to the stall if parents would prefer this option to cash handling. Parents & carers may also like to browse the actual stall themselves on Thursday afternoon from 2:30-3pm.

The stall is located at the P&C room (second hand uniform shop) on the Junior Campus and will be open on Wednesday 8th May from 8:45am to 2:30pm and Thursday 9th May from 12:00pm to 3:00pm.

How do I receive my order?

You can choose from the following:

Collection by student (jnr students will be given their preorders during their visits to the P&C room with their class teacher. Senior students can collect their preorders from the senior admin building on Wednesday 8th May.

Pick up your order from the physical stall on Wednesday 8th May between 8:30am and 2:30pm, or Thursday afternoon between 2:30-3:00pm.

Can you help at the event?

We are looking for helpers to man the physical stall on both the Wednesday and Thursday. We have the following time slots for volunteers. If you can help, please let us know.
